We are a family of seasoned licensed Brokers/Agent working together as a team throughout Southern California since the 1980’s.  Originally focusing in LA County and later adopting Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties as our clientele expanded and demand for our services grew. In 1998, we branched off and created our own company. Access II Real Estate was born and has been serving California ever since.

We are a Full service real estate company with many years of experience and transactions under our belt. We have helped many people buy, sell and lease real estate. We are the professionals you need to service your real estate needs.

Our Story:

Adolfo, being a son of a Master Chief father in the U.S. Navy, was born a U.S. citizen. His father told him to move to America when the time was right and to start a better life for his family.

In 1977 Adolfo, Linda and their kids moved to America. They came with very little but was grateful to have an opportunity to pursue a better life for themselves in the greatest country in the world.

The first few years, Linda and Adolfo had full time jobs but worked together part time for Century 21. After some success, Linda decided to quit her job as an accountant and with Adolfo’s support focused full time in real estate. Linda soon became the top agent in her company. After a few years, Linda began looking for another challenge. She decided to move to Orange County and work for the most successful real estate firm in Orange County at that time, First Team real estate.

Linda again worked very hard and climbed to the top competing to be #1 and #2, month in and month out of her branch. She consistently achieved to be one of the top producers of the entire First Team Company of over 500 agents. She had won countless awards and was inducted to First Team’s  Hall of Fame. After accomplishing her goals in First Team she moved onto RE/MAX where she continued her success. In 1998, Linda along with her husband and son (Don- the newest member to the team) decided to branch off and start their own company. They had finally decided to use their experience, knowledge and expertise to open their own company and better serve their clients. They had started Access II Real Estate and soon after Brookehill Mortgage.

Linda Ocampo

Linda has 40+ years of experience in real estate and many years in the mortgage industry. She was one of Orange County’s top agent for many years and has been recognized for her outstanding achievements by CENTURY 21, FIRST TEAM and RE/MAX. She has been honored with numerous professional awards throughout her career including: top listing/selling agent, multi-million dollar producer, top sales and member of the  president, executive and millionaire club. She has earned the coveted HALL OF FAME from FIRST TEAM Real Estate. She is an expert in Short Sale/REO negotiations and was the leading expert for the Short Sale/REO, Corporate Transfer Sales for FIRST TEAM Real Estate. Linda is known for her expert strategy of complicated transactions, her no nonsense negotiations and her creative ways to solve problems and to get the deal done.

Adolfo Ocampo

Adolfo has 40 + years of experience in real estate and over 10+ years in mortgages. He is a recipient of Century 21’s Winners Circle Award for high achievement in sales. He is a licensed agent and a seasoned loan professional. He headed up the loan division for Brookehill Mortgage. He provides administrative and field support to the team. His focus is on the research and customer service side of the company. His specialties include, qualification, planning and marketing.

Don Ocampo

Don has 20+ years experience in real estate and 10+ years in mortgages. He has been recognized for his outstanding sales and has earned the President Club award from RE/MAX Real Estate. He is a Broker and is Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified. Along with sales, he focuses on the marketing and technological side of the company. His specialties include short sales, construction, flipping and investment properties.
